Julia Francescone

Julia Francescone, 89, of Golden Hill Nursing Home, died Monday morning, March 26, 2007 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was born February 4, 1918 in New Castle, Pennsylvania the daughter of Alesandro and Antonette (Farone) Francescone. Her parents precede her in death. Ms. Francescone was a member of the Washington Union Alliance Church. She worked in janitorial services at Jameson Memorial Hospital for many years and then retired from Union School District after many years.
She is survived by one brother, William Francescone, Sr. of New Castle, PA and a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene and David Francescone.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 28, 2006 from 4 to 6 pm.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at 6:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Richard Youngdahl will be officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Park Cemetery.
