Pamela Ann Locke

Pamela Ann Locke, 50, of Francis Place, died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at her home in New Castle. She was born August 7, 1960 in St. Mary's, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Harold Gnan and Joan (Caskey) Gnan, her mother survives in St. Mary’s. She married Kenneth L. Locke, Sr., on October 17, 1997, he survives in New Castle. Mrs. Locke was a Front End Coordinator at the Butler Avenue Giant Eagle for 19 years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, the outdoors, and 4 wheeling. She also loved people and will be sadly missed by her dog Bella Mia.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by two children, Kenneth L. Locke, Jr. and his wife Amanda, and Kimberly A. Locke, all of New Castle, two brothers, Harold Gnan and his wife Beth of Philadelphia, and Vincent Gnan and his companion Karolee Crotzer of Johnsonburg, PA, one sister, Loucinda Gnan and her companion Jerry Wickett of St. Mary's, PA, two grandchildren, Taylor and Aaliyah, and a nephew, Seth Gnan of Johnsonburg, PA.

She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Mackenzie Locke and a nephew, Corey Gnan.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M.

Blessing services will be held Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father John Petrarulo of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the Parkside Cemetery.
