Cynthia A. Schuster, 64, of Rockford, IL, formerly of New Castle, died Friday, January 14, 2011 at OSF St. Anthony Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. She was born July 21, 1946 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Clyde and Mary (Richards) Simpkins. She was married to Frederick Schuster who died in 1997. Mrs. Schuster was a homemaker and a member of the 2nd U.P. Church in Illinois.
She is survived by one daughter, Theresa Malizia of New Castle, three sons, Charles Schuster and John Schuster, both of Phoenix, AZ, and Thomas Schuster of Rockford, IL, three brothers, John Simpkins of New Castle, Claude Simpkins of Rockford, IL, and Charles Simpkins of Tuscaloosa, AL, two sisters, Patricia Cartwright and Susan Grizhe , both of New Castle, eleven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Clyde Schuster, and one brother Robert Sedor.
Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home. There is no visitation or service scheduled. Burial will be in the Savannah Cemetery.
