Marguerite R. Liverani

Marguerite R. Liverani, 59, of Columbus, OH, formerly of New Castle, died Friday, February 25, 2011 at Heartland Victorian Village in Columbus, Ohio. She was born December 17, 1951 in New Castle, the daughter of the late Edward Liverani and Mary (DeLuca) Liverani. Her mother survives in New Castle. Miss Liverani was a social worker for Lowenstein & Associates in Columbus, OH for 10 years. She also worked for Franklin County in Ohio as a social worker for 10 years. Miss Liverani had a large network of friends who took care of her throughout her illness in Columbus.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one brother, Edward ‘Tom’ Liverani of New Castle, one uncle, Anthony DeLuca of New Castle, five aunts, Flora Ambrose, Stella Valentino, Norma Ferrare, Rose Pelini, and Alba Nativio, all of New Castle, and a number of cousins.

She was preceded in death by one uncle, Lee Liverani, and three aunts, Florence Cutlip, Edna Christopher, and Fernanda Leone.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, New Castle, on Friday, March 11, 2011 from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M.

Blessing services will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father John Petrarulo of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held in Columbus, OH on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 5:00 P.M. at the HiBeck Tavern, 564 S. High Street, Columbus, OH.
