Daniel R. Myers

Daniel R. Myers, 63, of Woodmere Dr. Ext., Slippery Rock Twp., died Saturday, March 19, 2011 at his home. He was born February 1, 1948 in Ellwood City, a son of the late Arthur and Audrey (Majors) Myers. He was married to Bobalee (White) Myers, who died October 30, 2010. Mr. Myers was a plumber for Mr. Rooter in Huntington Beach, CA retiring after 25 years. He enjoyed fishing and fishing in the ocean, camping, and the outdoors.
He is survived by two daughters, Jeannie Sullivan of Huntington Beach, CA, and Roberta Tello of Long Beach, CA, one son, Arthur ‘Butch’ Myers of New Castle, two sisters, Judy Hatfield of Covina, and Kathy Myers of California, four grandchildren, Daniel Tello, Jeffrey Sullivan, Edmundo Tello, and Jimmy Sullivan, and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Michelle Moore.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 3 P.M. to 6 P.M.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Matthew Bupp will be officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Hermon Cemetery.
