Bonnie Lou Brundege

Bonnie Lou Brundege, 67, of Cambridge Street, died Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Edison Manor Nursing Home in New Castle. She was born June 2, 1944 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Harold and Hilda (Figley) Brown. Mrs. Brundege was a homemaker and enjoyed reading her bible, going to church, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by six children, Kim Menning and her husband George of New Castle, Shawna Baker of Erie, PA, Scott Sizer and his wife Leanna of DuBois, PA, Brandi Gleischner and her husband Terry of Erie, PA, John Brundege of Harlansburg, PA, and Jennifer Brundege and her fiancé Mike Weaver of New Castle, nine grandchildren, Celeste Weber, Kristin Hubert, Stephanie Hubert, Tyler Sizer, Taylor Sizer, Emilee Pandos, Rachael Pandos, Trinity McNicholas, and Chase McNicholas, and her former husbands, George Sizer of New Castle, and John Brundege of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her one sister, Martha Aeppli.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, on Sunday, June 5, 2011 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 6, 2011 at 12:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Bill Whisel of New Hope Family Worship Center will be officiating.
