Alexis Krystine Camerot

Alexis Krystine Camerot, 15, of Roosevelt Avenue, West Pittsburg, died the evening of June 2, 2011 at her residence.

She was born December 30, 1995 in Charleston, WV, a daughter of Joseph and Kimberly (Arthur) Camerot. Her parents survive in West Pittsburg. Alexis was a New Castle High School Majorette, a member of the 9th Grade Cheerleading Squad, and the Chess Club. She was also a member of St. Vincent de Paul Parish and was an alter server and was very active as a volunteer at the church.

She is survived by two sisters, Kayla D. Camerot and Ashton S. Camerot, both of West Pittsburg, her grandparents, Joseph & Deanna Camerot of West Pittsburg, and Pat & Sharon Arthur of Falls View, WV, her aunt Melissa (Camerot) Pascarella and her husband Joe, and two uncles, Jeff Arthur and his wife Elisabeth, and Chris Arthur, and three cousins, Alaina Pascarella, and Reagan and Reese Arthur.

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 5, 2011 from 3 P.M. to 6 P.M. at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, June 6, 2011 at 12:00 noon at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Father Steve Palsa of St. Vincent de Paul and Father Tom Sparacino, cousin of Alexis, will officiate. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:30 A.M. Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum.
