James Franklin O'Neil, Sr.

James Franklin O'Neil, Sr., 62, of Enon Valley, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Sharon Regional Health System in Sharon, Pennsylvania. He was born August 1, 1948 in Enon Valley, Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Neil was a welder for Kasgro Railcar for a number of years. He also did automotive and construction work on the side. He enjoyed drawing, planting flowers and gardening.

He is survived by his former wife Patricia Olinger of Ellwood City, five children, Kimberly O'Neil of Polk, PA, James F. O'Neil, Jr. of New Castle, Amanda M. Carney of New Castle, Tiffany L. Welch of West Middlesex, PA, and Bryan J. O'Neil of Hillsville, PA, one step daughter, Tricia A. Keck of New Castle, fifteen grandchildren, and a number of brothers and sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 12:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Gary Winemiller will be officiating.
