Jennie C. Morgan

Jennie C. Morgan, 82, of Adams Street, New Castle, died Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Golden Hill Nursing Home.

She was born September 27, 1928 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Guy and Filonena (Duffuso) Call. She married Domenic L. Morgan, Sr. on October 16, 1948, he survives in New Castle. Mrs. Morgan worked at Bell Telephone as an operator for several years. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church and enjoyed cooking, homemaking, and watching TV.

She is also survived by three sons, Domenic L. Morgan, Jr. of New Castle, James A. Morgan and his wife Susan of New Castle, and Richard A. Morgan of New Castle, one sister, Mary Call of New Castle, and two grandchildren, Mitchell and Alexis Morgan.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and James Call and one sister, Antoinette Sottosanti.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 5, 2011 from 5 P.M to 8 P.M. at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. at St. Joseph the Worker Church. Father Victor J. Molka, Jr. of St. Joseph Church will officiate. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 8:30 A.M.
