Randall Scott Phillips

Randall Scott Phillips, 44, of Overbrook Dr., Slippery Rock, PA, formerly of New Castle, died Thursday morning, July 5, 2007 at his home in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. He was born February 13, 1963 in New Castle, Pennsylvania a son of the late Merle W. and Betty Jane (Tokar) Phillips, Sr. Mr. Phillips was an electrician for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #712 for 25 years. He loved his work and he enjoyed riding his Harley Davison Motorcycles, hunting, fishing and trapping. Mr. Phillips also enjoyed reading and history and was an all around athlete in his high school years.

He is survived by five brothers and sisters, David A. Phillips of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Roxanne McConahy of New Castle, PA, Merle W. Phillips, Jr. of Okeechobee, FL, Judy Brown of Chesapeake, VA, and Pamela J. Brown of New Castle, PA and a number of Nieces and Nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Darrell A. Phillips.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Sunday, July 8, 2007 from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 9, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Dennis A. Blauser of Trinity Episcopal Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.
