Ernest L. Kuentz

Ernest L. Kuentz, 60, of New Castle, died Saturday, October 8, 2011 in Montego Bay, Jamaica. He was born January 31, 1951 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the son of the late John and Dorothy Kuentz. He was also preceded in death by his adopted parents, Moulton and Dorothy Ferguson. Mr. Kuentz married Linda J. (Ruby) Kuentz on January 19, 1972, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Kuentz was a machinist for USA Precision for 25 years. He was a graduate of Slippery Rock High School and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Michael L. Kuentz and his fiancé Monica Lau of Pittsburgh, PA, one daughter, Jamie R. Heatwole and her husband Jason of Fredericksburg, VA, three brothers, George Ferguson of Ellwood City, Moulton Ferguson, Jr. of Youngstown, OH, and Michael McAllister of Ellwood City, and one sister, Karen Ferguson of Youngstown, OH.
Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home. Private funeral services were held in Jamaica.
