Timothy E. Fraser

Timothy E. Fraser, 43, of Westview Rd., Union Twp. died Thursday, October 13, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngtown, OH.

He was born August 22, 1968 in New Castle, a son of John Fraser and the late Mary 'Bonnie' (Shorts) Fraser. He was married to Rosella (Campbell) Fraser, she surivies. Mr. Fraser was a self-employed roofer and handyman. He was an Army veteran serving in Korea, and a member of the CG's and the CG's bowling league. Mr. Fraser also was an avid Steelers fan.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his step-mother, Penny Fraser, one daughter, Amber L. Fraser of Pittsburgh, PA, two brothers, John P. Fraser and his wife Mary of North East, PA, and Michael T. Fraser of Bailey, NC, two sisters, Ruth A. Fairchild of New Castle, and Maureen R. Adams and her husband Leonard of New Castle, three nieces, Lauren Fraser, Crystal Beahr, and Kathy Capice, and three nephews, Alex and Samuel Fraser, and Ed Fairchild.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 4 PM to 8 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Frederick Gilbert of Independent Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery. The New Castle Area Honor Guard will perform Military Funeral Rites at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family.
