Michael Apicelli, 63, of W. North St., died Thursday, December 29, 2011 at his home in New Castle. He was born December 11, 1948 in New Castle, the son of the late Michael and Isabella (Pisano) Apicelli. He was married to the late Roxann (Rossi) Apicelli. Mr. Apicelli was an Army veteran.
He is survived by one sister, Judy Davis of East Bend, NC, and one step-son, Carl Medford of New Castle.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Lorraine Chrobach.
Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 11:30 AM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
