Teresa I. Fornataro

Teresa I. Fornataro, 73, of 490 E. Maitland Lane, New Castle, died Thursday morning, April 14, 2005 at Kindred Hospital in Beaver, Pennsylvania. She was born May 13, 1931 in New Castle, Pennsylvania the daughter of Raymond J. and Margaret (Thomas) Davis. She was married to Luis M. Fornataro, Sr. who died October 19, 2001. Mrs. Fornataro was a homemaker and a member of St. Camillus Church. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed bingo and playing cards, and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Deborah Lombardo & Felicia Seiler both of New Castle, PA, 2 sons, Mark Fornataro of Richmond, VA, and Paul Fornataro of Houston, TX, and 11 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son Louis Fornataro, Jr., 6 brothers, John, Leo, Paul, Rayomond, Jr., Thomas and Sonny Davis, 6 sisters Madeline Reamer, Pauline Duda, Susan Jones, Martha Walsh, Barbara Simons, and Doris Wade.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Monday from 10am-12pm.
Blessing services will be held Monday, April 18, 2005 at 12:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father Phil Farrell of St. Camillus Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.
