Henry A. Paris

Henry A. Paris, 87, of Raymond St., died Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle. He was born October 11, 1924 in New Castle, a son of the late Louis and Mary (Latess) Paris. He was married to the late Philomena (Sibeto) Paris who died March 25, 1999. Mr. Paris was a coiler operator at Sharon Steel retiring after 40 years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II serving in the Pacific and Europe. He was a member of the Dukes Club, and St. Marguerite's Club and was an avid golfer.
He is survived by one son, Louis Paris and his wife Cindy of New Castle, one daughter, Cheryl Passerrello and her husband Paul of New Castle, and six grandchildren, Rochelle Paris Kline, Jonelle Paris, Nicklaus Paris, Natalie Passerrello, Paul Passerrello, and Henry Passerrello.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Joe Paris, and two sisters, Sally Sylvester, and Marion Lombardo.
Visitation will be held at St. Vitus Church on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 from 8 AM to 10 AM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Vitus Church. Father Frank Almade of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery.
