Charles K. Rice, 68, of 2902 N. Mercer St., New Castle, died Sunday evening, May 1, 2005 at Kindred Hospital in Beaver, Pennsylvania. He was born March 1, 1937 in New Castle, Pennsylvania the son of Robert Antoiotte & Martha Rice Strayer, they precede him in death.
He is survived by 3 sisters, Martha Graham, Dorothy Ortiz & Beverly Teuteberg all of New Castle, PA, 6 brothers, James Prescott of Odesa, TX, Wilbert Strayer of New Castle, PA, Frank Strayer of Los Angeles, CA, Kenny Strayer of Ohio, George Strayer and Paul Strayer both of New Castle, PA and several Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Shirley Antoiotte, and his brother John Strayer.
Visitation will be held at the William F & Roger M DeCarbo Funeral Home on Thursday from 12 pm to 1 pm.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 5, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Dennis Bupp will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.
