Theresa L. Aromando

Theresa L. Aromando, 87, of Golden Hill Nursing Home, died Monday afternoon, May 9, 2005 at the nursing home. She was born March 11, 1918 in Washington, Pennsylvania the daughter of Anthony and Lucy (Ferrza) Cirelli Venditti, they precede her in death. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Patsy Venditti. She married Arsenio Aromando who died in 1989. Mrs. Aromando was a member of the St. Vitus Church and the Christian Mothers and T.O.P.S. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Patsy Aromando & Barbara Ann Aromando of New Castle, PA, and one daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte Deltorio & her husband Nicholas Deltorio of New Castle, PA, 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Sam Cirelli, of Texas & John Venditti & Frank Venditti of Ellwood City, PA and 5 sisters, Esther Alfera, Antenette Cirelli, Jean Maglione, Edith Venditti, and Clementine Martucci all of Ellwood City, PA.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 12, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Vitus Church. Father John Petrarulo of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 am. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery.
