Maria Ferrazzano

Maria Ferrazzano, 89, of Golden Hill Nursing Home, formerly of S. Ray St., New Castle, died Monday afternoon, August 15, 2005 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was born December 22, 1915 in San Angelo, Italy, the daughter of Joseph and Maria Giardullo, they precede her in death. She was married to Francisco Ferrazzano who died August 14, 1981. Mrs. Ferrazzano was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and was a member of the St. Vitus Church.
She is survived by 1 daughter, Philomena Carangi of Pittsburgh, PA, 1 son, Angelo Ferrazzano of New Castle, PA, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 3 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 18, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Vitus Church. Father John Petrarulo of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 am. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery.
