Minnie P. Bond

Minnie P. Bond, 87, of Galbreath St., died Friday, November 16, 2012 Edison Manor Nursing Home in New Castle. She was born June 21, 1925 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late John and Mary (Krieling) Klien. She was married to Carl L. Bond, Sr. who died June 4, 2004. Mrs. Bond was a homemaker and enjoyed bingo, planting flowers, animals, especially horses, and car rides in the country.
She is survived by seven children, Richard Klien, Linda Tommasone, Carl Bond, Jr., Nancy Thompson, Ronald Bond, and Carol Jurina all of New Castle, and Donald Bond of Kittaning, PA, one sister, Annette Mullins of Pittsburgh, PA, fourteen grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, George, Matthew, and Albert Klien.
Blessing services will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father Bill Stiple of St. Vitus Church will be officiating.
