Kimberly A. Strickler, 51, of Countyline Road, died Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at her daughter’s house in New Castle. She was born October 4, 1961 in Grove City, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Strickler was a fiscal assistant at the Lawrence County Children and Youth Services for 10 years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, outdoors, traveling, reading, playing card games, jig saw puzzles and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by three children, Amy Houk and her husband Steve of New Castle, Jennifer Williams and her husband Bobby of New Castle, and Jimmy Strickler and his wife Julie of New Castle, and four grandchildren, Grace Houk, Matthew Houk, Lexi Strickler, and Hayden Strickler.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Thursday, December 20, 2012 from 4 PM to 8 PM.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 21, 2012 at 12:30 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Bill Rupert of Life Changing Ministries will be officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. On-line condolences can be sent to: www.williamrogerdecarbo.com.
