Deborah J. Long, 57, of Charles Drive, died Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was born October 24, 1955 in Ashtabula, Ohio a daughter of the late Jay and Jane (Gault) Johnson. She married William L. Long on January 12, 1980, he survives in New Castle. Mrs. Long worked at D&K Department Store and was a cook at Parkstown Lanes for 20 years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Union Twp. Fire Department and enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by one daughter, Jayelyn E. Hall and her husband Michael of Chesapeake, VA, one brother, James Johnson of Cootsville, PA, two sisters, Betty Shrawder and Grace Chupak of West Middlesex, PA, and two granddaughters, Breanna Nicole and Isabella Sky Hall.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Saturday, December 22, 2012 from 3 PM to 6 PM.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel.
