Grace Grilli

Grace Grilli, 68, of Youngstown, OH, formerly of Hillsville, PA, died Wednesday evening, September 14, 2005 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. She was born June 12, 1937 in New Castle, Pennsylvania the daughter of Domenick and Flora (Dardes) Diana, they precede her in death. She married Mario Grilli on November 24, 1956, he died August 30, 1998. Mrs. Grilli was a member of Christ the King Parish, St. Lawrence Church and enjoyed playing bingo. She worked as a secretary for Genarro Pavers in Hillsville, PA retiring after 35 years.

She is survived by 2 sons, Bernard Grilli of Youngstown, OH and Joseph Grilli of Wheeling, WV, 3 brothers, Donald Diana of Bessemer, PA, Nicholas Diana of New Castle, PA and Frank Diana of Pittsburgh, PA, 5 sisters, Annette Annichine of Struthers, OH, Kathleen Ramun of Struthers, OH, Georgina Smith of Bessemer, PA, Toni Lynn Davis of Canfield, OH, and Theresa Parente of New Castle, PA and 3 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sister Shirley Ascione, and her sister Virginia Sainato.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave., New Castle, on Friday from 5-8 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 17, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Lawrence Church. Father James Downs of Christ the King Parish will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:45 am. Burial will be in the St. Lawrence Cemetery in Hillsville.
