Ethel M. Galmarini

Ethel M. Galmarini, 85, of 7th St., West Pittsburg, died Saturday, February 2, 2013 at her daughter’s residence in New Castle. She was born June 21, 1927 in Ellwood City, a daughter of the late Henry and Bridget (Braggalione) Minnocci. She was married to the late Aldo A. Galmarini who died July 30, 2011. Mrs. Galmarini was a homemaker and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church. She was also a member of Holy Cross Christian Mothers, and the West Pittsburg Senior Citizens Club. She enjoyed traveling to casinos and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by five children, Rosemary Bannon and husband Chuck of New Castle, Angela M. Joseph and husband Allan of West Pittsburg, PA, Martha A. Lambo and her husband Larry of New Castle, Mark A. Galmarini and his wife Rebecca of New Castle, and Richard H. Galmarini and his wife Elizabeth of Williamsville, NY, eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, John, James, and Marino Minnocci, and three sisters, Mary Mantz, Pauline Perry, and Martha Clark.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 5 PM to 8 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Father Frank Almade of St. Vincent de Paul Church will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 AM. Burial will be in the Madonna Cemetery.
