Alma J. Waldon, 78, of Kenny Ln., Hillsville, PA, died Monday morning, March 10, 2008 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, PA. She was born February 26, 1930 in Beaver Falls, PA a daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary (Stele) Muntean. She married Charles R. Waldon, Sr. who died in 1993. Mrs. Waldon was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth M. Jones of New Castle and Brenda Strohecker of Beaver Falls, PA, two sons, Kenneth R. Waldon, Sr. of Edgewater, FL and Charles R. Waldon, Jr. of Hillsville, PA, one brother, Robert Stele of Culpepper, VA, two sisters, Edith Miles of Rochester, PA and Mary Raines of Ontario, Canada, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Nicholas Muntean and George Muntean.
There are no Visiting Hours and a Private Funeral Service will be held. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home.
