Barbara Ann Hall Altman

Barbara Ann Hall Altman, 76, of Electric Street, died Thursday, March 21, 2013 at her home in New Castle. She was born February 6, 1937 in Confluence, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Lloyd and Frances (Reid) Hiles. Mrs. Altman enjoyed crocheting, playing scrabble and taking care of and raising her grandchildren.
She is survived by four children, Gregory A. Hall, Debra J. Stanley and husband Jim, Bradley W. Hall, Sr. and wife Mary, and Brenda L. Myers and husband Carl all of New Castle, one brother, Wayne Hiles and wife Joan of Pulaski, twelve grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Howard S. Hall, her 2nd husband, Charles B. Altman, one brother, Richard Hiles, one sister, Phyllis Pacai, and her special friend, John ‘Jack’ Altman.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Saturday, March 23, 2013 from 11 AM to 1 PM.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Ronald Mounts of Church of God will be officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Park Cemetery.
