Donna M. Cioffi

Donna M. Cioffi, 76, of N. Cascade St., New Castle, died Wednesday morning, March 26, 2008 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was born November 13, 1931 in New Castle, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Domer and Mae (Baker) Sankey. She was married to Joseph Cioffi, Sr. who died on December 20, 1988. Mrs. Cioffi was homemaker and enjoyed bingo and taking trips to Las Vegas. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren, Gary, Jr. and Cassandra who lived with her.

She is survived by, one son, Gary Murphy, Sr., of New Castle, PA, two step-sons, Joseph Cioffi, Jr. of New Castle, PA and Jeff Frank of California, one step-daughter, JoAnn Mackeprang of New Castle, PA, nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by, one daughter, Jodi Cioffi, two brothers, John Sankey and Elmer Sankey, and one sister, Ann Cook.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Saturday, March 29, 2008 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 1:00 pm at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Kenneth Meyer of First Assembly of God will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.
