Candace Sue Ellen Crill-Mays, 36, of Forest Hills, PA, died Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania after a short illness. She was born March 29, 1977 in New Castle, the daughter of the late Curtis Webster Crill and Carla Ann (Junkin) Crill, her mother survives in Bessemer. Candace was a 1996 Graduate of Lawrence County Vo-Tech and attended Clarion University. She was a member of the Woodland Hills High School Boosters Club.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her fiancé, George R. Barnes, Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA, one daughter, Rachel Celia Mays of Mercer, PA, two step-sons, George and Jordan Barnes of Pittsburgh, PA, her grandfather, William Junkin of New Castle, and addition family and friends.

Visitation will be held at the New Castle Victory Christian Center, 421 Sampson Street, New Castle on Thursday, May 9, 2013 from 4 PM to 7 PM.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. at New Castle Victory Christian Center. Pastor Alonzo Waters of New Castle Victory Christian Center and Pastor Mark Cuprik will be officiating. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
