Willie Juanita Bartberger

Willie Juanita Bartberger, 80, of Haven Nursing Home, formerly of Maitland Ln, New Castle, died Sunday afternoon, October 16, 2005 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was born August 7, 1925 in Staunton, Virginia the daughter of William and Alma (Parrish) Ingram, they precede her in death. She was married to Gilbert D. Bartberger, who died July 19, 1975. Mrs. Bartberger worked at the Shenango China and at the Coney Island in downtown New Castle for 7 years. She enjoyed playing card and bingo and doing crossword puzzles.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Shirley Rogers & Juanita Lombardo both of New Catle, PA, 5 sons, David Bartberger of Hopewell, VA, Samuel Bartberger, Sr., Gilbert Bartberger, Willie A. Bartberger, Jeffrey Bartberger, Sr., all of New Castle, PA, 4 sisters, Ruby Salmon of Orlando, FL, Doris Wilson of New Castle, PA, Wanda Ingram and Mary Alma Armstrong both of Richmond, VA, 21 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother Arthur Ingram, her brother William Ingram, her sister Helen Rife and one grandchild.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 20, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Dennis Bupp will be officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
