Mary Dunkerley

Mary Dunkerley, 99, of East Friendship Street, died Friday, May 17, 2013 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle. She was born July 18, 1913 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Henrice and Rose (Sangerman) Menichino. She was married to James Dunkerley who died January 25, 1962. Mrs. Dunkerley was a decorator at Shenango China retiring after 31 years. She enjoyed painting, taking care of cats, doing activities and her friends at the nursing home.
She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Andrew Menichino, Henry Menichino, and Joseph Menichino, and one sister, Rose Menichino.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 3 PM to 5 PM.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Ronald Mounts of Church of God will be officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Park Cemetery.
