Edith N. Bullano

Edith N. Bullano, 89, of Friendship Street, died Monday, July 15, 2013 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle. She was born February 2, 1924 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Pedro and Consiglia (Buonafiglia) Natale. She was married to the late Vito F. Bullano who died June 20, 1974. Mrs. Bullano worked at Johnson Bronze and was a secretary for the Institute for Motivational Living in New Castle retiring after 12 years. She was a member of the Friendship Street Originals, and enjoyed watching sports on TV and was an avid Steelers and tennis fan.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Bullano of Danville, VA, and Linda Mazzocca of New Castle, one sister, Theresa Conti of New Castle, and two grandsons, Richard and Kevin Mazzocca.
She was preceded in death by one brother Carmen Natale.
Private funeral services will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery.
