William Bryan ‘Buddy’ Gush, 38, of Rose Stop Road, died Thursday, August 22, 2013 in New Castle. He was born January 6, 1975 in Tamarac, Florida the son of Daniel Gush of Ft. Pierce, FL and Susan Sadlon of Anderson, SC. He was married to Nicole L. (DiMuccio) Gush on July 1, 2013, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Gush was a utility worker for First Energy working in the Bruce Mansfield Plant for 6 years. He was a Marines veteran serving as a Staff Sergeant in the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. 'Buddy' enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, archery hunting and building model airplanes.
He is also survived by his first wife Tiffany (Fulkerson) Gush of New Castle, three step-sons, Brady, Dante, and Hunter all of New Castle, one sister, Keri Gush of Anderson, SC, and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother Cristo Gush.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 5 PM to 8 PM.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Dennis Bupp will be officiating. The New Castle Area Honor Guard will perform military funeral rites and the funeral home. Burial will be in Castle View Cemetery.
