Carol M. Haught

Carol M. Haught, 70, of 3rd Street, Edinburg, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at her home in Edinburg. She was born March 25, 1943 in New Castle, the daughter of the late Charles and Leora (Schweingburg) Rice. She was married to the late Robert C. Haught who died July 15, 2013. Mrs. Haught enjoyed knitting, making candy, cooking and traveling. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by seven children, William Miller and his wife Jessica of New Castle, Nancy Damron of Edinburg, Susan Aponte of New Castle, Charles Miller and Susan Bovo of Volant, Robin Weaver and her husband Robert of New Castle, Jodie Dicken and Mark Glitch of New Castle, and Patricia Smith and her husband James of Pulaski, PA, eighteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Debra Trujillo, and two brothers Garve and Charles Rice.

A graveside visitation will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Graveside services will be held Monday, September 23, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Graceland Cemetery. Rev. Carl Moore of Keys to the Kingdom will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.
