Denise Ann O'Neal

Denise Ann O'Neal, 39, of Lutton St., New Castle, died Tuesday morning, May 13, 2008 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was born July 31, 1968 in New Castle, Pennsylvania the daughter of Gary and Pauline (Gilbert) Reese. Her parents survive in New Castle. Ms. O'Neal worked at Dollar Stuff in Lawrence Village Plaza. She was an Army veteran and enjoyed reading. Ms. O'Neal was a past Worthy Advisor with Rainbows for Girls Assembly #1 and a past State Grand Chaplin for Rainbows.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Amanda M. Reese and Sarah Elizabeth Nicole Richards, both of New Castle, PA, one son, Daniel Ryan O'Neal of Levering, MI, one brother, Gary W. Reese, Jr. of New Castle, PA, and her grandmother, Marian Reese of Pulaski, PA.

She was preceded in death by her son William L. O'Neal.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Friday, May 16, 2008 from 10 am to 12 pm.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 16, 2008 at 12:00 pm at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Thomas McCurdy of St. John's Lutheran Church will be officiating. The New Castle Area Honor Guard will perform a Military Funeral Service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
