Arthur M. Morrison, Jr.

Arthur M. Morrison, Jr., 64, of West Clayton Street, died Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle. He was born September 13, 1949 in New Castle, the son of the late Arthur and Thelma (Clements) Morrison. He married Cynthia A. (Domenick) Morrison on April 29, 1995, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Morrison was a laborer for West Penn Printing for many years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by four children, Arthur W. Morrison and his wife Patty, April Prestopine and her husband Robert, Jessica Dashield, and Joshua Morrison, all of New Castle, three sisters, Delores Morrison of New Castle, Mary Taylor of Mississippi, and Joyce Rayner of Florida, three grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son Matthew R. Morrison.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 from 5 PM to 6 PM.
Blessing services will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father Nick Vaskov of St. Vincent de Paul Parish will be officiating.
