Randy Louis Regna, 45, of West Neshannock Avenue, New Wilmington, died Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle. He was born February 3, 1968 in Ellwood City, a son of the late Frederick Regna and Charlotte (Schuster) Regna. His mother survives in Ellwood City. He was married to Cindy Lou (Pandolfi) Regna on may 18, 1991, she survives in New Wilmington. Randy received his bachelor's degree in nursing from Penn State University and his master's degree in nursing from Carlow College. Randy was a dedicated life long health care provider. He served hundreds of patients as a registered nurse at Jameson Memorial Hospital and Beaver Valley Medical Center. He also served as a nurse supervisor at Greenville Hospital and UPMC Horizon in Farrell. He worked at a Clinical Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Oncology, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He most recently served as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner at the Primary Health Care Network in New Castle until his death. He enjoyed antiquing, artwork, painting and sketching. Randy loved people, he had a pleasant, jovial smile and was fun to be around.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his mother and father-in-law, Edward and Donna Pandolfi and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 11 AM to 12 PM.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Louis LaGatta will be officiating.
