Ann L. Sibeto

Ann L. Sibeto, 88, of Aiken Road, Shenango Twp., died Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at her daughter’s residence in New Castle. She was born January 16, 1926 in Youngstown, Ohio a daughter of the late Samuel and Rose (Lepore) Traino. She was married to the late Joseph D. Sibeto who died June 17, 1983. Mrs. Sibeto loved cooking, baking and having her family around her at all times. She was a very loving and generous person.

She is survived by eleven children, Paul Sibeto and his wife Marcia of New Castle, Roseanne Stickel and her husband Dave of New Castle, Joseph Sibeto, Jr. and his wife Carmi of Carnegie, PA, Nancy Sibeto of New Castle, Mary Ann Daugherty of New Castle, Samuel Sibeto and his wife Trina of New Castle, John Sibeto and his wife Alexandria of New Castle, Janine Womeldorff and her husband Don of Marysville, OH, Linda Siciliano and her husband Frank of Chambersburg, PA, Nick Sibeto and his wife Anna of Pittsburgh, PA, and Robin Sibeto of New Castle, three brothers, Ralph Traino of Austintown, OH, Samuel Traino of Austintown, OH, and Vince Traino of Boardman, OH, six sisters, Francie Reents of Austintown, OH, Antoinette Simon of Largo, FL, Connie Iaconis of Struthers, OH, Joanne Leardi of Kingsville, OH, Rosaile Nolfi of Lowellville, OH, and Rita Restaino of Girard, OH, twenty-two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Joey Traino, two sisters, Mary Mester and Lena Caimano, and one grandson, Joey Jon Sibeto.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 2 PM to 7 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 25, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Vitus Church. Father William Siple of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 am. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery.
