Thomas H. Kerr

Thomas H. Kerr, 58, of Cecil Ave., Union Twp., died Thursday morning, August 28, 2008 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle. He was born January 14, 1950 in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania the son of Harry and Alma (Plum) Kerr. His father precedes him in death, his mother survives in Hillsville, PA. Mr. Kerr was an Army veteran of Vietnam. He enjoyed horses and horse racing, karaoke, hunting and fishing.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion, Connie Reebel of New Castle, PA, two daughters, Debbie and Lisa Kerr, both of New Castle, PA, one son, John Kerr of Jacksonville, FL, one step-son, Steve Allison of Edinburg, PA, one sister, Mrs. Gary (Mary) Taylor of Hillsville, PA, one step-brother, Ron Altman of Truth or Consequences, NM, and fifteen grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Jessie Hill and Deborah Kerr.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Friday, September 5, 2008 from 11 am to 1 pm.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 5, 2008 at 1:00 pm at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Brian Miller of Alliance Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.
