Mary K. Campbell

Mary K. Campbell, 91, of West Moody Avenue, New Castle, died August 10, 2014 at Golden Hill Nursing Home. She was born April 26, 1923 in New Castle, a daughter of the late William and Marion (Bowater) Trick. She was married to the late Carl C. Campbell who died in 1990. Mrs. Campbell worked for the Lawrence Savings and Trust Bank and the Dollar Savings and Loan Bank as a bank teller and in the accounting department. She also worked in the cirrculation department of the New Castle News. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church and loved animals and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two sons, Jeff S. Campbell and wife Tondi of Troutman, NC and Mark A. Campbell and wife Lucille of New Castle, two granddaughters, Amanda Clark and Jean Nicole Campbell and one great granddaguther, McKinley Sue Clark.

In addtion to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, William Trick and two sisters, Irene Rupert and Marion Grace Harper.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
