William McCalister, 66, of West Edison Avenue, New Castle, died Friday, August 15, 2014 at Edison Manor Nursing Home in New Castle. He was born June 24, 1948 in New Castle, the son of the late William and Elizabeth McCalister. Mr. McCalister was a resident for many years of the Pennhurst State School, Polk Center in Polk, PA. He worked at LARK Enterprises and retired from the LCARC Adult Training Facility.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Saturday, August 23, 2014 from 2 PM to 3 PM.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Matthew Bupp will be officiating. Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery.
