Dale S. Gibson

Dale S. Gibson, 72, of Taylor St., New Castle, died Tuesday morning, September 30, 2008 at his home in New Castle. He was born September 4, 1936 in New Castle, Pennsylvania a son of the late Ruth (Shoaf) Gibson. He married Rosemarie (Chill) Gibson on July 23, 1977, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Gibson was a drill presser at Rockwell Axle for 21 years. He enjoyed watching TV and bowling. Mr. Gibson also loved the outdoors and hunting and fishing.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by, one son, Shaun A. Gibson of New Castle, PA, two brothers, Don Shoaf of Wampum, PA, and Richard Gibson of New Castle, PA and three grandchildren.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Georganne (Axe) Gibson.
A private funeral service will be conducted by Rev. Dennis Bupp. Burial will be in the Kings Chapel Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home.
