James F. Kelly, Ii

James F. Kelly, II, 49, of Uber St., Youngstown, OH, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at his son’s residence in Camel, Ohio. He was born August 6, 1965 in New Castle, the son of the late James F. Kelly, I and Violet M. (Blashak) Kelly. His mother survives in New Castle. He married Betty J. (Rick) Kelly on April 19, 1985, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Kelly worked in shipping for B.J. Allen Fireworks for over 15 years. He also worked for Labor Ready. He enjoyed watching wrestling and playing video games.

In addition to his wife and his mother, he is survived by six children, Rose Kelly of New Castle, James Kelly, III and wife Jennifer of Camel, OH, Andrew Kelly of Youngstown, OH, Loretta McCreery and her husband Samuel of New Castle, Joseph Rick of New Castle, and Joseph Belcort and his wife Chrissy of Youngstown, OH, one brother, Charles Kelly of New Castle, one sister, Roxanne Kelly of New Castle, nine grandchildren and one great grandson.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Veronica Kelly.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 5, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Charles Hudson will be officiating. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
