Charlotte L. Frank

Charlotte L. Frank, 83, of West Madison Avenue, New Castle, died Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle. She was born August 7, 1931 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Pietro and Antoinette (Palumbo) Fiacco. She was married to Eugene J. Frank on July 18, 1950, he survives in New Castle. Mrs. Frank was a teacher's aid at New Castle High School for several years. She also worked at Buick Garage as a clerk. Mrs. Frank enjoyed going to the casino and was a wonderful cook who loved feeding people. She also enjoyed her pet dogs and was very supportive of the Humane Society.

In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters, Linda M. Carroll and her husband William of Saginaw, MI, and Jeanne A. Brady and her husband Brandon of West Palm, FL, one sister, Marian Weiss of Murietta, CA, and three grandchildren.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
