Dominick N. Esposito

Dominick N. Esposito, 93, of Golden Hill Nursing Home, formerly of Williams Street, New Castle, died Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle. He was born November 27, 1921 in New Castle, a son of the late Ralph and Angeline (DiVerisato) Esposito. He married Rose M. (Greco) Esposito on August 7, 1948, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Esposito worked as a laborer on the P&LE Railroad retiring after 30 years. He enjoyed shooting pool, playing bocci, gardening and was an avid reader and baseball fan, especially the Pirates.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Thomas Esposito of Tucson, AZ, and Daniel Esposito of New Castle, and one brother, Nunzio Esposito of New Castle.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, Samuel, Charles, Andrew, and Stanley Esposito, and one sister, Effie Krizan.

Blessing services will be held Friday, January 2, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father Ralph Esposito and Father Sam Esposito will be officiating. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
