Mary Ann Recchione

Mary Ann Recchione, 80, of East Moody Avenue, New Castle, died Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle. She was born July 25, 1934 in New Castle, the daughter of the late Blaise and Josephine (George) Buonpane. She married Louis Recchione in 1963, he survives in New Castle. Mrs. Recchione was a member of St. Vitus Church and a homemaker. She enjoyed shopping and cooking for her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Joanne Dunmyre and husband Winn of Pittsburgh, Lisa Recchione of New Castle, and Louis Recchione and wife Kim of New Castle, one brother, John Buonpane and wife Arlette of New Castle, and six grandchildren, Sam and Alex Dunmyre , Kiara and Arielle Recchione and Hannah and Hayden Jones.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 4 PM to 7 PM.
Blessing services will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father Frank Almade of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery.
