Stella C. Natale

Stella C. Natale, 84, of E. Long Ave., New Castle, died Monday morning, December 1, 2008 at her son’s residence in Maryland. She was born June 15, 1924 in New Castle, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Straw) D'Errico. She was married to Frank A. Natale who died on February 5, 1983. Mrs. Natale was a member of St. Vitus Church and a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Christina Ligas of Butler, PA, and Frances Mohar of Pembroke Pines, FL, three sons, Joseph Natale and Louis Natale, both of Burtonsville, MD, and Frank Natale of Pittsburgh, PA, two brothers, Michael D'Errico and Louis D'Errico, both of New Castle, PA, three sisters, Helen Ross of New Castle, PA, Jennie Tomeo of Ellwood City, PA, and Lucy Musolino of New Castle, PA, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Paul, Charles, Joseph, and Patsy D'Errico, and two sisters Christine Pascoe and Rachael Heasley.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, December 5, 2008 at 10:00 am at St. Vitus Church. Father John Petrarulo of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 am. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery.
