Mary Leona Michaels

Mary Leona Michaels, 81, of South Cascade Street, New Castle, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Avalon Nursing Center in New Castle. She was born August 1, 1933 in New Castle, the daughter of the late Marsden Drake. She was married to the late William Michaels who died October 2, 2003. Mrs. Michaels loved spending time with her family and her dog Pepper.
She is survived by one daughter, Carol Boughter and her husband Ron of New Castle, one son, William D. Michaels and his wife Deana of New Castle, three grandchildren, Kenneth Hasson, Monica Severino, and Charles Habib, and one great granddaughter, Madeline Severino.
Private funeral services will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Rev. Dennis Bupp will be officiating. Burial will be in the Portersville Bible Church Cemetery in Portersville.
