Delores J. 'Tootsie' Mangino

Delores J. 'Tootsie' Mangino, 85, of Martha Street, New Castle, died Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Jameson Care Center in New Castle. She was born December 6, 1929 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Cosmo and Bertha (Exposito) Bulisco. She was married to the late Andy P. Mangino who died April 20, 1989. Mrs. Mangino was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Church and was very active in the church. She was a member of the Ladies' Guild of St. Michael's Church for many years. She worked at numerous local bakeries for over 35 years and enjoyed cooking and baking with her grandchildren.

She is survived by three sons, Richard Mangino and his wife Mindy of Farrell, PA, Pete Mangino of New Castle, and Andy 'Munj' Mangino and his wife Janine of New Castle, two brothers, Anthony and Cosmo Bulisco, Jr. both of New Castle, two sisters, Jeanette Kahrer and Anna DeProspero both of New Castle, twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two children, Gary and Andrea Mangino, four brothers, Joseph, Pat, William and Adam Bulisco, and two sisters, Mary Grim and Josephine Edminston.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Father Frank Almade will officate. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 AM. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
