Mary Jane Desimone

Mary Jane DeSimone, 85, of 520 East Friendship Street, New Castle, formerly of Pine Drive, Union Twp., died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle. She was born October 26, 1929 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Michael and Antoinetta (Litrenta) Noviello. She was married to the late John J. DeSimone who died October 20, 1996. Mrs. DeSimone was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, baking, playing bingo, and traveling.
She is survived by three children, David A. DeSimone and his wife Linda of Troy, MI, Michael J. DeSimone and his wife Jodi Lynn of Poland, OH, and Patricia Clobus of Edinburg, four grandchildren, Davalyn Partain, Kelly Clobus, Jamie Clobus and Mark Clobus and four great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Sam, Ralph and Joseph Noviello, and one sister, Angeline Noviello.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Friday, July 31, 2015 from 4PM to 8 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Vitus Church. Father Frank Almade of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 AM. Entombment will be in the Castle View Memorial Gardens.
