Gloria J. Phillips

Gloria J. Phillips, 72, of Old Pittsburgh Road, New Castle, formerly of the North Side of Pittsburgh all her life, died August 29, 2015. She was born in Pittsburgh on July 7, 1943 a daughter of the late John and Margaret (Jurkovich) Veltri. She was married to the late Donald McKenzie and the late Joe Phillips. Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker and enjoyed bingo and going to the Rivers Casino.
She is survived by four children, Gloria Lasley of Stephen, VA, Rose McKenzie of New Castle, Donald McKenzie and his wife Cindy of Pittsburgh and Joseph Phillips of Pittsburgh, one brother, Robert Veltri of Florida, nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 2 PM to 5 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, New Castle.
