William F. Richman, 86, of Clay Street, Edinburg, died Saturday, August 29, 2015 at his home in Edinburg. He was born March 15, 1929 in Kramer, Pennsylvania a son of the late William and Helen (Heatly) Richman. He was married to Mary A. (Perrino) Richman on October 27, 1951, she survives in Edinburg. Mr. Richman worked as a grinder operator for Commercial Intertech in Youngstown, OH retiring after 30 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Richman enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Wabash Bears and other bowling leagues. He also played North County Baseball for many years. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, gardening and being outdoors.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, William J. Richman and his wife Patricia of Mt. Jackson, Steve A. Richman of North Beaver, Ronald S. Richman of Edinburg, and Renee A. Carnuche of New Castle, two sisters, Eleanore Norco of New Castle, and Llewella Andorphe of New Castle, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Edward Richman, and two sisters, Bertha Harasti and Virginia Richman.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 5 PM to 8 PM.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Randy Crum of Wayside Emmanuel Church will be officiating.
